What happens when the minor parts of movies are the most interesting?

About The Author

I am a harsh film critic with no sense of subtlety or tact. I tend to love non-mainstream films, not out of a sense of ‘rebellion’ or non-conformity but out of the sense that most of what is popular is shit and that by definition the mainstream will be MAINSTREAM and therefore useless. I am easily approachable and I love to hear feedback from people, both positive (lies) and negative (truth) so please, call me out on the stupid shit I say and do.

I agree with Cecil that Episode 1 should not have had anything to do with Anakin. Though I do belive that it could have served a purpose if it had been focused on young padawan Obi-wan. When we are introduced to him in the beginning of the film he’s a very naive and inexperienced padawan but buy the end of the movie he has been trust into adult hood “becoming a full fleged Jedi”. While knowing Obi-Wan’s background may not be integral the plot of the original trilogy if done properly if could have been a good story and would have almost certainly better than what we got.

  • What I would like to know is how the evil alien in I Come in Peace found out in the first place that the human brain secretes a chemical that works nicely as a drug for his species, and that a quick way to get that is to overdose on cocaine.
