Josh Hadley’s got some hate with this Week’s Sanity is Razor Thin.
Why does it seem that every week I see our society winding down closer and closer to the seemingly unavoidable entropy that we shall undeniably degrade into? I run a news show and therefore I am kind of required to read a lot of news, news which depresses and even enlightens me into the true nature of man as a species. News that shows us to be the mindless rabble that we are oft accused of being. News that illustrates humans will do whatever it takes to make themselves seem superior to their surroundings and peoples. News which streaks me in the manner of a common street flasher that yes there is indeed a revolution coming soon and one that I am not sure I feel is undue or even unwarranted at this point. As a race (homo-erectus) humans are just genetically designed to hate, to subjugate, to harm and to alienate other members of our race with only the smallest of differences as an excuse, which I find to be a strange thing due to the proliferation of the race being dependent on breeding with others of said race. With that in mind does it not seem queer (in the real sense of the word, not queer being gay) that we are destined for destruction at our own hand?
With that said, how many of you think I am looking far to deep into the negatives of humanity rather then the few positives that racially we have? With hate groups growing in not just intensity but in numbers every year, with separatist groups numbering higher today than ever before, with gun crazy loons at every pulpit and street corner, with racial and religious bigotry expanding to an unforeseen degree… do you really see this society as saveable in the least or will we just be ignoring problems and watching the world burn for sport? Did we have a good run and we just got weighed down with the avarice built into us?
The true main export that humanity gives to the world is hate, pure and unadulterated and in it’s most perfect form, HATE. Hate is something that we specialize in. Nature does not hate, not the accurate sense of the word, nature has genetic guideposts for survival which is not hate. When a mongoose and a snake encounter each other they fight not out of hate, but out of survival instinct, that if one does not kill the other then they are themselves at risk of death… so I will not tolerate any discussions that hate is part of nature, it is not; nature is not hateful, it is cautious almost to a fault, two similar but very different things. Man on the other hand hates just for the hell of it. We hate because of skin color, because of hair style, because of clothing choice, because of music preference, because of sex, because of belief, because of anything that is different. We hate because of differences. Differences I might add that are self imposed and self regulated so that hate is indeed part of us and not some esoteric ideal. If we eliminate all the jews and blacks and latinos and anglos and gays and women and retards and hippies and everything else but whatever you that is reading this thinks of yourself as… you would still find things to hate. You would hate big noses or if you are big nosed you would hate small noses. You would hate straight hair of if you are straight haired you would hate curly hair. You would hate until anything remotely resembling diversity was beaten into the ground and then as there was just one man left in world he would hate the image he sees in the mirror.
Hate does not make us stronger as in the case of instinct demonstrated by the snake/mongoose example above, hate makes us weak. It makes us look at the minor details and obscures the larger picture from view. Hate clouds the world and leads to ignorance which leads to America 2013. We are a nation ruled by hate and governed by fear. Fear that is perpetuated and encouraged by those with the most hate. Neo-nazi groups, The Tea Party, Faux News, Al Sharpton, The Republican Party, La Raza, Islamic Jihadists, The Nation Of Islam, Rwandan Death Squads, Internet Trolls, The Westboro Babtist Church, The National Organization Of Women, Glenn Beck… you get the idea and it’s an idea that most of you don’t have to stretch in the least to get, which is the problem. We just accept that hate is here to stay and with that said you also must accept that a race war, a holy war, a gender war or even an ideal war is coming. There is no stopping it at this point. America was an experiment and it blew up in our faces. Diversity (true diversity and not this forced and protracted diversity that we currently have) is not in human nature. It just isn’t and when you put all of your combustible chemicals into the same beaker what happens? They explode and they take the room with it and that is where we are heading with no brakes and barely even a desire to slow down let alone stop. Never in the history of our modern culture has a nation been more poised for an internal and nondenominational war.
Hate is not something that is taught to humans, we just have it. Infants are born with hate. Just put a few of them together and watch them self organize against another in the group. It’s built into us. Sure, the more overt hatreds are taught in a never ending circle of despair and revelation, but the core hate we have is always there, always eating at us in an attempt reach some absurd level of purity that ceases to be meaningful very quickly. People often talk about computers becoming more human every day… want to know the day that a computer will truly achieve sentience? The day is sacrifices one of it’s kind to continue it’s own existence. The day it screws over another computer in an act of self preservation is the day that an artificial device will truly become human.
What is the point of all that rambling on and on? I just bemoan society and walk away huh? I don’t have any solutions do I? No, I don’t and neither do you. That is the problem, no one has any solutions to this issue because there isn’t one. As I stated previous, it is in our nature, our very nature that we hate with a pointless and self-destructive need to seemingly destroy ourselves and take as many others with us as we can. I bet I get hate for what I wrote here today and that, I hate to say, makes me smile a little as it proves my right.
This coming race/holy/hate purge that I seen down the line is neither a good thing nor is is a bad thing, it simply is. It will happen and when it does we shall start the cycle anew and wait for the next purge and this will continue until mother natures little experiment in pseudo-high functional society is exhausted and something takes our place, something that is not inherently flawed I would hope.
